Recruitment Consultant (m/f)
Consultant within Tempo-Team - that means being responsible for your own business, for acquisition, sales as well as HR matters. One minute you're a good planner, then you will be in contact with your clients as HR and legal advisor and the next minute you act as employer for temporary workers. This diversity makes this role so interesting and challenging.
Growth through the Talent Development Program
You will directly participate in our Talent Development Program and get an intense training and coaching. Training programs and guidance are tailored to your career. You develop yourself into a professional skilled employee, in order to move on to positions such as Account Manager or Branch Manager at Tempo-Team Luxembourg.
Your Function
• As from day one you will build relationships: You act as principal contact person for candidates becoming our future temporary workers and you are in charge of a portfolio of clients of your market.
• You know where and how temp workers can be found, selected and inspired to work with us. You guide them in the context of their job search and place them within our client companies.
• You get to know your clients while becoming a partner in their staff search and all recruitment or HR related aspects.
• Together with your colleagues, you run the office. Here you get a lot of freedom and personal responsibility. Every day is different in our office: Taking client orders, meeting deadlines, completing applications, visiting client companies as well as temporary workers and administrating clients’ orders as well as candidates’ files.
What we expect
• You have a university degree and preferably experience in a recruitment or a sales driven function;
• You are fluent in English as well as German and you have a very good command of the French language;
• You are a positive, energetic and resourceful self-starter having excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• You are commercially aware and passionate about sales;
• You are able to work on your own initiative whilst ensuring that our reputation of providing a high quality service is upheld at all times and
• You are a real team player.
