My client is one of the largest banks in Luxembourg. One of their main activities is the asset management.
They are currently looking for a fund legal counsel. You will be involved in different aspects of the funds such as the creation and the maintenance. Moreover, you will be in contact with regulatory authorities and clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze new fund structures , to make them adapted completed by product accountants
- Drafting the prospectus according to the fiscal legislation and local regulations
- Report to the head of legal department
- Liaising with auditors, Regulatory Authorities and other third parties
- Provide advices and solutions to your colleagues
Your profile:
- Master degree or equivalent (Bac +5) in Law
- From 3 years professional experience within the area of fund structuring for an asset management, bank, law firm,
- Good knowledge in mutual funds
- Fluent in English and French is MANDATORY
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills
