My client is a financial service firm which is specialized in Trust services. The client portfolio is composed of large multinational companies, wealthy individuals and private equity and real estate firms. Due to the increase in workload they want to strengthen their legal department
Education
• University degree in Corporate or in tax and fiscal law
• 2 -3 years experience as Trust legal officer
Qualification:
• Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team
• Analytic skills
• Fluency in Dutch is a mandatory. Other languages are an asset in particular English.
Main tasks are:
• Responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies;
• Maintain and develop a good network for the international clients;
• Liaise with corporate secretarial staff in ongoing legal and compliance matters;
• Communicate and advise clients;
• Liaise with tax advisors, lawyers, notaries;
• Liaise with other professionals, government institutions and with the other offices worldwide;
• Network development and advising existing clients and prospects on a new structures and in particular Dutch market.
