COLLECTOR DUTCH/GERMAN/FRENCH FOR ZURICH (M/F)
THE JOB :
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Credit & Risk based in Switzerland. He/ she will cover the collection activities for Benelux countries and France. She/he will be working in an entrepreneurial, results driven and growing environment.
Your main responsibilities :
- Phone collections of unpaid customer bills
- Controlling of the hastening process
- Monitoring of delinquent accounts
- Treatment of direct debit returns
- Early detection of credit risks
- Preparation of payment agreements
- Transfer of Collection cases to external agency
- Contacts with public offices and banks
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- 3 years of professional experience in the area of Collection
- Languages: Dutch / Flemish (native language, fluent in speaking and writing) and German. French is a plus
- Excellent telephone skills, also when dealing with difficult customers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Assertiveness when dealing with customers
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel)
THE CLIENT :
Our client is the inventors of the credit card and deals with the Beneflux market from their offices closed to Zurich.
He is looking for an employee in the area of Collection in order to support the growth of their business.
The successful candidate will start immediately.
