About our client
Our client, a global industrial supplier, is currently looking for a VP Group Finance for their Group Headquarters based in Luxembourg.
Job description
As the VP Group Finance your responsabilities will include:
- Prepare the consolidated financial statements in line with applicable IFRS regulations
- Coordinate the group-wide audit process
- Deal with all tax related issues cross-border
- Coordinate and prepare the monthly group management reporting
- Coordinate and prepare the group's budget
- Set up the controlling framework for the group
- Analyse figures and KPI's in order to compare with targets and help to initiate corrective actions
- Deal with IFRS issues
- Deal with transfer pricing policies
- Manage special projects
- Preparation of statutory accounts of Holding entities
- Support the executive board in decision making
Who we are looking for
EXPERIENCE
You have significant group accounting and controlling experience in an international company active in industrial sector, at group level with significant international exposure.
SKILLS
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Experience in IT application, ideal SAP and/or INFOR
- Fluent in English
- Analytical and solution oriented thinking
- Initiative
- Flexible and willing to travel
- committed and hard worker
