About our client
Our client is an well-known Trust and Domiciliation company located in Luxembourg. To face a constant business development trend, we are looking for a Team manager for their top management team.
Job description
As Team Manager, you will have those responsabilities:
- you will be responsible for all matters in your Client Team.
- you will have responsabilities in introduction and supervision of risk awareness, as weel as all compliance related matters
- you will be responsible for the well timely preparation of internal audit and annual accounts of all client entities
- you will be responsible for development and coaching of talented employees
- you will have to set up and meet commercial objectives according to business plan / annual budget
- you will have an pro-active part in the management team
Who we are looking for
Master in Finance or Accounting.
Strong experience of 8/10 years in audit/fiduciary sector in Luxembourg
Willingness to achieve best quality work in an efficient way
Successful experience of business development
Acting as a Team player
Having good communication skills, with management and teams
