Currently we are looking for the right person to fill the FOM position in the FO department.
Responsible for all activities at the Front Office including day and night reception, ensure efficient guest service, reservations, baggage handling, monitor security, shuttle service, handling guest complaints, continuous upselling, key management and night audit.
Ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure i.e. guests are handled both courteously and professionally, proper identification and credit are established for all transactions.
Responsible for organizing, training and leading the Front Office team members. Ensure exceptional levels of guest service are being provided and looks for the implementation of the NH values.
Act as Manager on Duty.
Requirements:
You need to focus on quality of service and have business sense, be flexible, persuasive, motivated and have team spirit.
Know and use the NH Standard Operating Procedures in order to reach the highest quality of service, in addition:
• Fluent French and English are essential, German is an advantage.
• Computer skills and ability to improve and develop yourself
• At least 3 years experience in similar position.
• Driving License mandatory
• Leadership and delegation skills
