My client is a financial service firm which is specialized in Trust services. The client portfolio is composed of large multinational companies, wealthy individuals and private equity and real estate firms. Due to the increase in workload they want to hire a Trust Legal Officer German speaker.
Education
• University degree in Corporate or fiscal law
• 2 -3 years experience as Trust legal officer
Qualification:
• Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team
• Analytic skills
• Fluency in German is a mandatory. Other languages are an asset in particular English and French.
Main tasks are:
• Responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies
• Assist with the closing of asset transactions and involved in other aspects of client work.
• Maintain and develop a good network for the international clients.
• Liaise with corporate secretarial staff in ongoing legal and compliance matters.
• Communicate and advise clients.
• Liaise with tax advisors, lawyers, notaries,
• Network development and advising existing clients and prospects on a new structures.
