I am actively recruiting a highly practised Legal Expert, who has working knowledge of Insurance products, especially in the Life Insurance field. Working for an international company, there could be the opportunity to manage a team or at a later stage, relocate to another office.
The Opportunity
You will report to the CFO;
You will be responsible for advising, informing and training in legal aspects, all parties involved at all levels of the company both internally and socially on the strategic plan of the company.
The Responsibilities
To meet all legal requirements, tax and / or social group to facilitate decision making to be justified by your sound knowledge of current legislation.
The Competencies
● You will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in the insurance sector or in a similar role where you are liable to the overall growth of the company.
● You are passionate about law in general, knowledge of which must be comprehensive to meet the main demands.
●You have knowledge of car, damage, liability, casualty and investment products
●You are an entrepreneur, customer-focused and results driven
●You speak French with fluency in English
●You have excellent communication skills
●You are proactive, dynamic, efficient, capable of making decisions and have excellent organisation skills
●Possibility of a similar role in a larger unit or to be responsible for a unit or even the possibility of international career progression at a later stage.
