The Opportunity
For a dynamic fund administration firm we are looking for a Senior Fund Product Controller with a broad experience within the Luxembourg investment fund sector.
The Responsibilities
In this challenging function as Senior Fund Product Controller, your main responsibilities are:
-Daily review of fund net asset value calculations.
-Monitoring of the underlying investments compliance with the legal provisions.
-Analyzing of the suitability of new instruments in accordance with prevailing investment policy & restrictions.
-Ensuring the ongoing enhancement of our state-of-the-art fund control environment and applications.
You will be integrated in a highly professional environment and will work in close contact with internal as well as external service providers in the investment fund business, such as portfolio managers, auditors and governmental supervisory authorities.
The Competencies
• University degree in economics and/or finance.
• Minimum 5-year relevant experience in a similar position or in audit.
• Sound knowledge of investment fund law, accounting and financial derivative instruments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
• Ability to work in team as well as independently and under pressure.
• Engagement to work and willingness to constantly develop oneself in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and French. German would be considered an asset.
