The Opportunity
As a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded and highly experienced finance executive in the fiduciary services sector, Badenoch&Clark would like to offer you an exceptional opportunity. For an internationally growing financial services group you will drive the launch of a new office in Luxembourg as their Managing Director.
You need to have a university education including professional qualifications in finance or legal combined with an extensive experience in the financial or fiduciaries services business as well as a proven track record of exceptional management capabilities. Moreover, you have a thorough knowledge of and experience in the Luxembourg legal framework and have been approved reporting directly to local regulators.
The Responsibilities:
•You will manage and diligently follow-up all regulatory issues for Luxembourg demonstrating the highest standards of professional knowledge and skills
•You will actively manage and map the strategic planning of the business, develop and monitor business plans and budgets for the different service lines and be responsible for the performance of the Luxembourg office
•You will demonstrate an exceptional sense of commercial awareness and help to effectively develop existing as well as new clients and act as a key link between clients and the group
•You will represent the group in Luxembourg, proactively contribute to Knowledge Management and provide technically accurate and complex guidance to internal stakeholders as well as clients
•You will manage and develop the rapidly growing team of highly motivated professionals

The Competencies
•You have a legal or finance university degree including further professional qualifications
•You have gained an extensive experience including vast people, project and change management in an international corporate services / fiduciary services environment
•You have an exceptional track record in internationally leading financial service providers
•You are entrepreneurial and possess exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
•You have strong analytical and strategic skills and have proven implementing successfully business plans
•You are fluent in English and French
