The Opportunity

The Responsibilities
The role touches on a variety of different accounting areas including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. On a daily basis you will:
•verify expense claim
•create invoices from our Client’s ERP system
•review the bank account for payments received and apply them against outstanding invoices in the ERP system
•create an aged accounts receivable listing and follow up on old and outstanding invoices
•prepare bank reconciliations
•prepare and fill the VAT claim
•be in charge of the payroll administration for the office
•assist with the creation and entry of month end closing journal entries
The Competencies
To be considered for this exciting opportunity for your next career step, you will need to have:
•An accounting diploma or work related experience doing similar functions
•Knowledge and confidence with MS office (including Excel and Word)
•The ability to multitask under pressure and to complete tasks within deadlines
•Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to speak English (MANDATORY)
•Pay close attention to detail
