We have been instructed exclusively to source a mid-level (c.2 to 4 years qualified experience) Corporate/Private Equity Associate to join an exciting firm Law Firm here in Luxembourg – a firm which is:
- prestigious and internationally renowned allowing You to work on exclusive and interesting files on a regular basis – meaning the quality of Your files will be of a challenging nature and the mixed-interest client portfolio will provide you with a variety of matters to work on (structuring, corporate, funds, regulatory etc etc)
and at the same time
- niche with a management style that allows You to learn and grow on, and off, the desk through practical learning and front-line exposure – so You will grow both as a person and a Lawyer while increase your commercial knowledge hugely

THE ROLE:
Working directly with clients and under the guidance of a strong international Senior Team, this opportunity will allow You the chance to utilise both your high level technical skills and sound legal knowledge, while more practically:
- Establish corporate vehicles, alternative investment fund structures, joint ventures agreements, and other viable commercial solutions for clients with an interest in the benefits of Luxembourg – giving you the ability to be creative with your advice and solutions
- Advise a range of the firms’ prestigious clients and provide quality legal ‘solutions’ for individual and institutional files - thus providing you with daily variety in clients and instructions
- Manage own matters/files and client portfolio with the attention of a real team surrounding your – therefore building your commercial acumen in a supportive environment
- Attend and participate in training and development opportunities both on a daily basis and in more academic strategic setting – thus providing you an avenue to build your skills and knowledge for the long term
- Participating, as required, in client relationship meetings and networking events

THE REQUIREMENTS:
In order to be considered the best fit for this interesting career opportunity, you will have to:
- Demonstrate practical corporate / private equity / fund structuring experience c.2 to c.4 years in Luxembourg matters which could allow you to act confidently when working within wide-ranging transactions
- Have a pragmatic, honest, and commercial way of building trust quickly and effectively for the long-term success of a firm
- Be team orientated and client-focussed within your professional approach to the ‘Law’ in order for you to fit with the ethos of the entire firm
- Have a positive, credible, and commercial outlook to the business environment in order to work well with international colleagues and high profile clients
