The Opportunity

Our Client, a wellknowed Insurance Company is interested to find her/his Corporate Officer who will handle the activities related to Real Estate Funds


The Responsibilities

As a member of corporate team you will be in charge of:

  • Organization of Board Meetings of Management Companies and Real Estate Funds and their property companies.
  • Annual and Semi-annual reports:
  • Project-manage the entire exercise with internal and external service providers;
  • Legal review of the Annual Reports and Semi-Annual reports.
  • Incorporation, liquidation and mergers of companies.
  • •Manage all corporate aspects of acquisitions and disposals.
  • General company secretarial housekeeping including maintaining all statutory company registers and documents.
  • Coordination between Portfolio Manager, Asset Manager, Financial Manager and third parties.
  • Assist to launch new Real Estate Funds.
  • Custodian - New markets opening & New cash and custody accounts:
  • Liaise with all relevant parties in order to complete the account requests opening;
  • Arrange for relevant documentation to be prepared, reviewed, signed, notarised, apostilled, consularised;
  • Provide daily status updates to the management team


The Competencies

To exceed for this role you need to be:

  • Detailed knowledge of corporate secretary and Luxembourg Corporate Law related to Fund Industry
  • Analytical, problem solving , business analysis skills
  • Experienced in Real Estate transaction.
  • Familiar with the legal practices in different countries
  • Excellent in Communication Skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of compliance;
  • Desire to provide a superior internal and external client service;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Must be highly organized and detail / efficiency orientated;
  • Must have initiative to constantly improve processes;
  • Ability to prioritize issues at a company level;
  • Good understanding of operational controls framework.

I f you have :

  • An University Degree, Bac+4 ideally in Economics or in law
  • An excellent handling of MS Office applications
  • A Fluent level of written and spoken English and French or English and German (German speaker preferred).
