Our Client, a quoted international leader in its niche, is working exclusively with Robert Half International in its search for a driven Finance Director (M/F) with the motivation to take their career to the next level. This organisation offers a fast paced business environment, with a limitless career path.
Your Role
• Organise and manage a small team of accountants
• Ensure consistent & timely accounting and reporting together with the team
• Manage successfully the budget process
• Manage and optimise finance and administrative processes for both Luxembourg and Brussels
• Monitor and follow up all group costs
• Manage the daily treasury for the local entity
• Help set up new companies and assist with ad hoc projects as they arise
• Liaise with external partners (auditors, bankers, tax authorities, lawyers)
Your profile
• Academically strong, educated to Masters level
• Preferably a combination of 4-5 years public practice and 4-5 years in a multinational, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• A hands on leader, driven, with excellent business acumen
• Fluent in English and a very good level of French, with any other European language being a plus
• Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organisation
