The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading global company who has their headquarters based in Luxembourg. This role will allow you develop your experience in a fast paced environment where they will groom you to become a Tax Director within a few years.
The Responsibilities
- You will support the business while minimizing tax expense in a risk controlled manner.
- You will assist in the identification, design, implementation and maintenance of tax strategies in EMEA.
- You will be working collaboratively as part of a team in a high learning environment; the Senior Manager supports the business on a real time basis in respect of day to day matters and projects.
- You will be responsible for supporting all tax matters in respect of the business in EMEA
- You will manage tax inquiries in the different region
- You will assist with the tax due diligence and structuring of international acquisitions in the region
- You will proactively monitor tax legislation and developments in the region
- You will work collaboratively with other members of the Tax Department to provide internal support to increase process efficiencies
The Competencies
To be considered the best fit for this out of the ordinary role:
- You have extensive international tax experience in public accounting and/or with a corporate tax department
- You have experience of several international tax regimes
- You have excellent communication skills and you collaborate effectively with team members
- You have a strong creative and analytical thinking, strong writing skills, and ability to work in a fast pace environment with excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- You are detail oriented, proactive with ability to lead and partner with the business
- You hold a bachelor degree in Accounting for Finance or equivalent in experience
