The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an English speaking Corporate Officer to join the market leader in the sector of Corporate Services and Domiciliation. My client offers the possibility to grow within an international team and take full responsibility over a diversified portfolio of clients.
The Responsibilities
- Manage all legal aspects for a portfolio of clients.
- Arrange, hold and minute board meetings
- Liaise with notaries and banks, lawyers, administrations.
- Take responsibility for registers and preparing statutory forms
- Keep up to date with new regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on corporate structures in terms of any changes occurring, transfers of shares or amendments to share capital.
- Prepare all kinds of documents and verify legal aspects and signatures
The Competencies
- You have at least 2-4 years experience in a corporate legal or company secretarial role during which you gained a good of knowledge Luxembourg company legislation.
- You have the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy; you are able to prioritise, with good time management.
- With excellent communication and organisational skills, you have a professional approach & respect for confidentiality.
- You have an excellent knowledge of English language (mother tongue level).
