Mon client est un Intégrateur au Bélux. Il recherche actuellement un Storage Support Bull pour l’installation, la maintenance et le support chez un de leur client. Vous serez en charge :
• Résoudre les incidents et qualifier les problèmes sur et en dehors du site (hardware and software),
• Maintenir et supporter tout les incidents et problèmes des infrastructures
• Maintenir les software supports
• Installation & Start-up des services de configuration (nouvelles configuration, hardware & software)
• Système d’interconnection & configuration (system-disk cabinet, system back-up device, …)
• Prendre des responsabilités jusqu’à résolution des problèmes (follow up/creation Escalation Requests, gather information, etc …),
• Maintenir les relations avec les clients responsable de l’infrastructure
• Détecter et reporter aux besoins des clients
Profil
• 3 ans d’éducation supérieur higher education : Bachelier en Information, Electronique, ou équivalent
• Maximum 2 à 3 years d’experience en SW/HW Enterprise Server et/ou Storage Service Company
• Good knowledge of systems functioning
• Diagnostics practice : connaissances des Services Desk and des Incident & Problem Management
