For an European Institution we are seeking:
Secretary English- Polish (m/f)
Principal activities and Tasks:
- General secretarial and administrative tasks in English and Polish to international teams: telephone, filing, updating of calendar, organizing contacts, meetings or events as well as missions, typing and handling of daily correspondence.
- Preparation and circulation of documents, including proof reading, editing and finalisation of reports, electronic and paper archiving
- Coordination and follow-up of internal procedures; Maintaining filing systems.
- Coordination with other divisions, ensuring information flow.
Profile:
- You have gained at least two years experience in a similar position. Experience in European institutions is considered as an asset.
- You speak and write fluently English, Polish. French is considered as an asset.
- You have excellent command in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- You have an excellent organisation with the ability to work with deadlines.
