For an European Institution we are seeking:

Administrative Assistant English- French / Investment Relations department (m/f)

Main activities & tasks:
• Entry, manipulation and reporting of funding statistics using Excel, Business Objects
• Contribute to marketing material updating, notably funding statistics
• Contribute to press list development
• Contribute to handling of routine investor inquiries – provision of standard responses
• Web site maintenance – introducing statistics and latest documents
• Budget allocation monitoring and invoice processing

Profile:
• You have gained at least two years of experience in the finance sector.
• You speak and write fluently English and French.
• You have excellent command in Excel. Business. Objects is considered as an asset.
• You have excellent organisation skills.

We offer:
• Begin: January.
• An international environment.
• Long-term contract (9-12 months).
