This firm is looking for experienced associates to join the Corporate, Banking or Investment Funds teams.
Job description
This first-tier firm provides a multi-disciplinary, creative and stimulating working environment. You will have the opportunity to become advisor on corporate, tax, banking and finance issues for a wide and impressive database of clients: from fund managers and distributors to banking institutions and their foreign parents.
Who we are looking for
- You possess a Law Degree (LL.M and/or MAS and/or J.D. degree ) and are an Attorney at court.
- You have at least three years of experience in a Law Firm and have good knowledge of the Luxembourg market.
- You are an enthusiastic person with high work standards, excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of client needs.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French ; German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
- You are dynamic, proactive and have excellent written communication and drafting skills.
