ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT FR/ENGL (m/f)
THE JOB :
Initially responsible for the Accounts Payable process:
- System settings and parameters maintenance (suppliers, items, prices...)
- Prepare and review electronic payment files
- Train and support procurement users
- Coordinate Supplier claims process
- VAT and statistical reporting
- Pay raw materials invoices
- Control costs and participate to cost improvement projects
- Participate in the monthly closing process
After a period of approximately 2,5 years, the person will have the opportunity to develop in one or several other areas:
- In depth cost controlling
- Customer process
- Financial and business forecast
- Costing, ABC, quotations
- Financial reporting, variance analysis
- General accounting
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- You hold a University degree in accounting or finance (BAC+4)
- You are fluent in English and French. The knowledge of Italian is a plus
- You are proficient with windows functionalities and familiar with an ERP
- You are rigorous and you have the work attitude combining commitment, flexibility, hands-on approach and excellent communication skills
