Our client, an international actor of Luxembourg, is looking for a Manager fund Industry to reinforce its team.
Within the investment fund team, your responsibilities will include:
> the structuring, the setting up and the legal follow-up of Luxembourg investment funds established as common funds or investment companies, including private equity vehicles, real estate, microfinance, alternative investments...
- commercial development
- you will have direct and daily contact with clients,
Who we are looking for
> You hold a degree (at least Bac + 5) in law
> You have 5 years experience in a similar role and you have good knowledge and field experience on the Luxembourg market.
> You have a good knowledge of fund industry
> You are fluent in English and French,
> You have strong communication skills
> You demonstrate the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
> You act as a team player
