Our client, an international bank and one of the world's most well known providers of funds and securities services, is looking for a Fund Compliance Supervisor (M/F) to join their Luxembourg investment fund business.
Your main tasks will include:
- Managing compliance review of funds in respect to the internal and external restrictions
- Monitoring adherence to the regulatory framework
- Performing second level control of investment restriction compliance monitoring
- Analysing new laws and regulations applicable to clients
- Supervising the work of a junior collaborator
Who we are looking for:
- You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role
- You are fluent in English, any other european language being considered as an asset
- You are ideally familiar with MIG 21 system
