My client is a growing leading organization in Luxembourg and they are looking for .NET Software Engineer.
They are early adopters of new Microsoft Technologies and are implementing .NET 4.0.
They are looking for a Senior Developer who wants to move into Team Leading and will ideally have taken a lead role on previous projects. You are likely to be the person the team turn too when in need of technical guidance in design and development.
Assignment:
- Contribute to the design, development, troubleshooting, tests and documentation of select functions, at appropriate quality levels, and timely.
- Follow and promote group development practices and policies in order to produce functions that can easily be implemented within the Group.
- Use sound software engineering practices and state-of-art development methodologies – so-called Agile – so as to ensure superior quality.
- Create and maintain level 3 technical and operational documentation that describes program code, logic, changes, and corrections for assigned functions.
- Provide continued level 3 support for select functions.
- Ensure follow-up to his Manager on a regular basis and as often as requested.
- Acquire rapidly a working knowledge of the Group specifics. Deepen that knowledge on a continuous basis, guided by the most pressing needs of assigned functions.
- Develop appropriate working relationships with IT and non-IT target
Profile:
- Bac +4 In Computer Science/IT
- around 5 years experience in .NET development
- Solid background in Object oriented development
- .Net 3.5 – 4.0
- Sql Server 2005 – 2008
- Eager to learn and share his knowledge
- Fluent in English and good command of French
