Transfer Agent (m/f)
- Temporary contract / 4 to 6 months contract -
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are in charge of the financial transaction processing for the Shareholder Services Team
Review of distribution agreements
Investigation and resolution of discrepancies
Testing calculation and reporting
YOUR PROFILE:
University degree in Finance or equivalent
An experience of at least one year as a transfer agent and a very good knowledge of the process is required
French and English are mandatory, any other language will represent an asset
Ability to coordinate across departments/functions when needed to handle specific client requets
Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes
