About our client
Our client is a renowned International Cosmetics company.
Job description
As Intellectual Property Lawyer you will advise our client on contentious and non contentious IP matters and the protection of it's IP and its brand across the world.
You will act as a focal point to Marketing, R&D and Law teams for this IP advice and information.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Managing all contentious soft IP matters including cease and desist activities and Trademark and Design Right enforcement in Europe
- Implementing global IP policies upon request of the global HQ to include training and education
- Creating and implementing IP strategies
- Drafting and negotiating agreements with third parties (including IP licenses and R&D collaborations)
- In addition, assisting with company secretarial matters

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate must be an Intellectual Property Lawyer who has gained recent and continuous experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP, with a specific emphasis on soft IP (Trademark, Copyright and Design Rights) in an international environment.
- Fluency in French and English is a must. A good knowledge of German or Spanish is a valuable asset.
- Self motivated and able to work autonomously
- Strong organisational and communication skills and able to provide clear and articulate advice at any level within a company
- Immune to stress, and work in a results oriented manner
