About our client
For a dynamic and well-established Management Company.
Job description
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Committee of the company, you will be responsible for :
Legal advices to the management, the associates and the various departments
Leading projects for clients in respect launching funds / Management company and relative CSSF filing
Contracts drafting and review
Corporate and domiciliary services to the clients
Compliance with the company obligations
Manage the Department’s team
Who we are looking for
Master in Law from a reputed College or University
Proven experience in Luxembourg Company Law, in Luxembourg contract law and in Luxembourg Fund industry regulations
Strong people manager
Dynamic attitude and excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and French are a must for this position, a good command of German is also a requirement.
