ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR (HOLDING COMPANIES) (m/f)
THE JOB:
As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily management of several holdings Companies in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for all the reporting, legal and fiscal management of these holdings entities. You will report directly to the Regional Lead Accountant based out of Luxembourg.
The core responsibilities of the role will be to:
- Supervise the full accounting for the holding companies based in Luxembourg
- Interact with the Group, local authorities, and external auditors
- Establish the statutory accounts, the annual financial statements and the reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Manage a small team
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The successful candidate will have:
• Graduated with a masters degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• An experience in the management of holding structures in Luxembourg and in the reporting and the preparation of statutory financial statements
• A strong knowledge of LUX/US GAAP and of Luxembourg commercial Law
• Excellent computer skills, the knowledge of Oracle is desirable
• An experience managing a team should be a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a perfect command of English is required (an additional European language would be a plus)
• The ability to work independently, under pressure and to handle several projects at once
